Since commencing her career in Real Estate Sales at the age of twenty,  within a short period Mary become one of Sydney’s most successful agents, achieving record prices for sales throughout the lower North Shore area in the early 80’s through to the mid 90’s.

After 13 years in Residential real estate she then moved into a Senior Executive role with a dominant franchise group in Sydney, her work involving development, training and marketing.  After 5 years Mary ran her own business.  Her last five years in the city she spent in the Commercial Property arena on the lower North Shore, at this time being a part owner of a commercial business involving the Leasing & Selling of Commercial Properties around the North Sydney area.

Since moving to this area Mary acquired Bangalow Real Estate, an independent Real Estate agency with a strong local following which  offered  enormous scope and potential to be improved and developed. Since her purchase of Bangalow Real Estate, the business  has undergone a huge transformation and benefited from the investment of tireless hours and investment of  modern technology and systems in the office.   Her aim is to provide the public Professional, reliable service and to fully satisfy owners and investors with exceptional service.  At the same time Mary works tirelessly to offer the clients good old-fashioned honest service, second to none.

Mary goes to enormous efforts to conduct business with her clients offering exceptional service.   Mary has already developed a referral basis and impressed well regarded locals going above and beyond to achieve great results.

John Brophy has been involved in the Real Estate Industy most of his life and in particular specialising in the Northern Rivers for the past 22 years since leaving Sydney in 1986.

His knowledge of all aspects of the Real Estate industry has helped John to establish a client base offering a range of services, including local knowledge of the rural area, market appraisals and current updates and trends in the industry.

John's dedication and quality of service to past clients has been exceptional and his knowledge of the Bangalow surrounding areas is well known.

For the past 16 years John was a valued employee at the Ray White office in Byron Bay and is now looking forward to re-establishing himself again in the Bangalow area.

Sue has a Business Degree, majoring in Accounting which has been put to good use running businesses with her husband; the latest of which was a Building Company on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Sue grew up in the Northern Rivers and wanted her children to experience the freedom and friendliness of a country childhood as she had done.

Sue joined Bangalow Real Estate in April as the Property Manager. She holds a Real Estate Certificate of Registration. Landlords have been impressed with Sue’s prompt & efficient manner, attention to detail & exceptional communication skills.
