Janeille Gates is a second generation real estate agent who’s father Frank Millington was a pioneer real estate agent in Budgewoi during the 1960’s and operated a successful real estate practice until his retirement in 1988.

Janeille commenced trading as a family business under her own name from her home-based office in 1990. The growth in sales and property management services necessitated a move to commercial premises in the heart of Budgewoi shopping centre in 1997 (just a few doors away from where she started working with her father in real estate in 1969). Whilst much has changed and there has been substantial growth in personnel and premises, the business has retained its family theme, with Janeille’s daughter Deanne and son Darren playing an active role in the business.

A long association with the many clients she has assisted over the past 35 years has given Janeille a vast source of referral business. Janeille has developed a reputation as a competent and ethical agent who is widely respected within the community, the only independent Real Estate Agent in the Budgewoi / Buff Point area.

Darren, a third generation Real Estate Agent, has been a Budgewoi resident all of his life.

Living and working locally, Darren has a strong client base with the number of people he knows, especially with the soccer and fishing community.  His interests also include football and camping.
