SYMPTOMS
	When trying to run a search you a presented with the followin error message:  'ERROR 10061 - WINSOCK ERROR 61:Connection Refused'
CAUSE
	This error message will appear when there is no route to the host system. Thie means that either there is a blockage of communications on your system preventing communication with the host, or in rare cases the host system could be offline.
RESOLUTION
	Try to load a web page in your browser. This will at least signal that you have internet connectivity. If you have connectivity, wait a few moments and then try to connect to Red Square again. If the issue persists, please contact Red Square Support for assistance. If reporting the issue to Red Square, please inlude detailed information regarding your connection type, what you were doing in the software when the error appeared, and whether you have firewall software installed and running on your PC.
